Why can’t I book that far ahead?
The usual reasons a slot will not book: the booking limit, opening hours, closures and clashes.
Step 1: If you see Members can only book up to N days in advance, your club limits how far ahead members can book. Admins set this and are never limited.
Step 2: Slots outside the club’s opening hours cannot be booked. Check the opening times with your club.
Step 3: Closed time cannot be booked either. When a table or the whole club is closed, it is shown clearly on the calendar, with the reason.
Step 4: A slot that is already booked, or overlaps one, cannot be booked. Try Find a slot.
What happens next
- For a booking beyond your club’s limit, ask an admin — the message says exactly this: "Ask an admin to make this booking."
If something goes wrong
- The limit is too short for our league.
- Admins can raise or remove it in the club settings, or set up the league as a repeating series.
