05 · Common questions
Most clubs are live in an afternoon. Add tables, opening hours and pricing; upload your members CSV; you're booking that evening. We'll do the import call with you if you want a hand.
No. BookASpace runs in any modern browser. Members can save it to their home screen on iPhone or Android if they want one-tap access — but there's no app store gatekeeping.
If you turn on no-show check-in, members have 15 minutes from their booking time to confirm at the table. If they don't, the slot releases automatically and walk-ins can take it. You can switch it off if you'd rather hold the table.
Yes. Admins set recurring bookings for league nights, club competitions and coaching slots. They show up greyed-out on the live availability grid so members don't try to book over them.
BookASpace integrates with Twilio — you supply your own account credentials, pay Twilio directly for messages sent, and we never mark them up. For most clubs that's pennies per booking. SMS is optional; email confirmations are included.
Yes. The owner designates as many admins as they like — shift managers, league captains, coaches. Admins can invite members, set recurring bookings and manage the diary. Only the owner can change billing or admin permissions.
Multi-site is on the roadmap. If you run more than one venue, get in touch — we'd like to learn how you'd want it modelled before we ship it.
